Website accessibility

An accessible website is a site that allows people with disabilities and older people to ‘surf the site’ with the same level of efficiency and enjoyment as all other visitors. About 20 to 25 percent of the population have difficulty using the Internet and may benefit from more accessible Internet content, according to a 2003 study by Microsoft.

ICR believes in and works for equal opportunities on the web for people with various disabilities and people who use technology to aid in using a computer.

Using the accessibility component:

This website incorporates a plugin that is an accessibility component of the Enable Company, an expert in website accessibility.

The plugin operates at an AA level as per SII 5568. The plugin is subject to the manufacturer’s terms of use. The responsibility for using and applying the website applies to the website owners and/or those on its behalf, including the content displayed on the website, subject to the terms of use of the software.
