ICR Israel Canada Ram Holdings Ltd. (hereinafter: "the Company") respects the privacy of its customers, the privacy of those interested in the Company's services, and the users of the website it manages and operates at:www.icrr.co.il (hereinafter: "the Customers" and "the Website", respectively). Therefore, the Company has decided to publish its policy regarding privacy protection, and it undertakes to act in accordance with this policy towards the Customers.

The use of the information you choose to provide will be made solely according to the provisions of the Policy and/or the law, in order to contact you, provide you with information about the properties and/or services offered or provided by the Company, for internal operational and statistical purposes, as well as for marketing purposes such as tailoring marketing content, analyzing, and expanding the customer base, as detailed below. If you have consented to receive advertisements, the Company may also send you advertisements by email, SMS to your mobile phone, via the WhatsApp application, automatic dialing systems to landlines, etc., all in accordance with the Telecommunications Law (Bezeq and Broadcasting), 1982.

In this context, the Company may transfer your information to digital advertising platforms (such as Meta and Google), sometimes through the Company's service providers. The information transferred as stated will be used to create groups of audiences with similar characteristics and tailor the marketing content presented to you across the network ("remarketing").
