THE LOCATION

7 Minute Walk from the Sea

The tower is located near the city center and about 600 meters from the coastal strip and Netanya's spectacular new promenade.

The neighborhood is located close to the city center, which enables an urban quality of life alongside all the municipal services in Netanya, proximity to the city's famous market and Netanya's leading shopping centers. Maximum accessibility to the metropolitan thoroughfares in the area. Convenient exit from the city Highway 2. Close to Highways 4 and 20.

On the neighborhood's promenade, on the cliff above the water, an elevator is planned to create accessibility to the city's beautiful beach.

THE APARTMENTS

The dialogue between the exterior and the interior continues to run through the apartments and interior design as well. The apartments are warm, inviting, and spacious, with large windows and doorways letting in natural light. The wooden walls along the corridor, attractive parquet floors, and clean lines envelop the living space in a homey and familial atmosphere with an interesting combination of impressive design and high-quality materials.
