Rashi complex Ramat Gan

The project spans an area of 4.2 dunams, located at Rashi 32-40 / Aba Hillel 136, Ramat Gan, in the Nahalat Ganim neighborhood in the northern part of the city.

The complex includes six 3-story train buildings, comprising 72 residential units and 10 shops. These buildings are expected to be demolished to make way for a residential project that includes a 35-story tower and a 10-story building, totaling 200 units with a mix of 3, 4, 5-room apartments, garden apartments, and penthouses. Additionally, commercial spaces will be constructed, and the plan allocates a designated lot for public needs, which will serve the neighborhood's residents.

The plan was approved for validity by the District Committee.
