Welcome to Yam Towers – a pair of luxury towers that rise to a height of 30 floors and overlook Bat Yam's spectacular coastline, 80 steps from the sea, 80 steps from amazing sunsets, crashing waves, and an intoxicating sea breeze. The towers were planned and designed by the leading architect Kika Braz, combining modern urban lines with excellent functional planning.
The luxurious public areas were designed by the renowned interior designer Michael Azoulay. The luxurious lobby designed by Michael Azoulay preserves the elegant quality of the overall design concept. From the foyer to the front desk to the elevator lobby, you can't miss the luxurious, high-quality and classic feeling. Throughout the planning and design process, the proximity to the coastline and the sea view was a source of inspiration. The sea view from the balconies of the apartments was a starting point for us in planning the project. The color of the water, the sound of the waves and the vistas at every glance gave a sense of vacation and freedom and so the purpose of the design was to give a boutique, luxurious and elegant feeling. The bright colors and the use of natural materials seamlessly combine with the beach environment, and it imparts luxury and elegance to apartments facing the breathtaking Bat Yam beach.
